How do I use unboxx?

Simply hover over any link on a webpage. unboxx will automatically show you where the link leads, including the final destination after redirects and with tracking parameters removed.

Does it work on all websites?

unboxx works on most websites. Some sites may block metadata fetching or use JavaScript-based redirects that require additional processing. In these cases, unboxx shows the immediate destination.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All processing happens locally on your device. unboxx does not send your browsing data to any external servers. Expanded URLs are cached locally for 7 days to improve performance.

How do I disable it?

Click the unboxx extension icon in your browser toolbar and toggle the switch to disable. You can also disable it temporarily for specific websites.

How do I report a bug?

Open an issue on our GitHub repository. Include the website URL, browser version, and a description of the issue.
